The Head Bartender Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Bartender to lead our bar team in the Rotunda Bar & Lounge. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert knowledge of wine and spirits, ensuring quality of all food and beverage items, and maintaining a high level of service standards. You will also be responsible for co-creating the beverage offering, managing beverage stock control, and overseeing the bar program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert knowledge of wine and spirits to guests and colleagues
  • Ensure quality of all food and beverage items, ingredients, and preparation methods
  • Manage beverage stock control and maintain a high level of inventory management
  • Co-create the beverage offering and develop new menu concepts
  • Oversee the bar program and lead the bar team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
