Position Overview:
We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to enhance our vibrant sales team. The successful candidate will possess a strong history of achieving sales success with Enterprise Clients. This position focuses on generating new business revenue for Splunk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve ambitious revenue goals with a strong focus on metrics and timelines.
- Conduct thorough account analysis, strategic planning, and opportunity management.
- Engage in negotiations to secure advantageous pricing agreements with major enterprises.
- Effectively leverage resources to maximize deal size and customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance resource allocation.
- Offer insights to product management and marketing teams based on client feedback.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in selling to large Enterprise accounts.
- Comfortable engaging with C-level executives and closing significant deals.
- Exemplary executive presence coupled with strong interpersonal skills.
