Position Overview:
As a vital member of our team, you will be instrumental in providing support at various Wellbeing Centres across the region. Your role will involve facilitating group sessions focused on psychoeducation and psychosocial themes, as well as offering personalized one-on-one support.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage with clients who have been referred to our services, working collaboratively to develop tailored recovery plans.
2. Assist clients in enhancing their resilience and coping strategies through supportive interactions.
3. Demonstrate the ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently, showcasing personal resilience.

Ideal Candidate:
The successful candidate will possess a solid understanding of local healthcare and community support systems, along with experience in working with individuals facing mental health challenges.
