Position: Mental Health Recovery Support Worker
Compensation: £13.56 per hour
As a Mental Health Recovery Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in assisting our team in delivering group-based support sessions that focus on psychoeducation and psychosocial development. Your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with clients who have been referred to our services, whether through self-referral or other means.
- Collaborating with clients to create personalized recovery plans aimed at enhancing their resilience and coping strategies.
To excel in this position, you must exhibit strong teamwork skills while also being capable of working independently when necessary. Demonstrating personal resilience is essential.
We are looking for candidates who possess a solid understanding of local healthcare and community support systems, as well as experience working with individuals facing mental health challenges.
This role presents an exciting opportunity to assist individuals on their journey to mental health recovery while gaining invaluable experience and training with one of the premier mental health support organizations in the region.
Note: As a bank staff member, you will have the flexibility to express interest in working across multiple sites, all of which are accessible via public transport. A rota will be provided to indicate available shifts, allowing you to cover the site or sites that best suit your needs.
