Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Monmouth. As a key member of our store management team, you will play a vital role in driving sales, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring the smooth operation of our store.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store, taking full responsibility in their absence.
- Inspire and support staff and volunteers to deliver an excellent customer journey that reflects our values.
- Contribute towards the success of the store by ensuring the highest standard of customer service, achieving targets, maintaining a high standard of visual merchandising, and maximising sales through physical and digital channels.
- Support with the recruitment and development of volunteers, achieving expectations within campaign activities, and working with the manager to generate stock.
- Experience in a customer-facing role, with supervisory experience.
- Commercially driven to encourage new ideas and an inclusive approach to developing teams.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving the highest retail standards.
- Results-driven, with a recognition of the right result and the right way.
