Assistant Store Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at the British Heart Foundation Careers. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store and taking full responsibility in their absence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store
  • Take full responsibility in the Store Manager's absence
  • Inspire and support staff and volunteers to deliver an excellent customer experience
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer service targets
