Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store, taking full responsibility in their absence.
  • Inspire and support staff and volunteers to deliver an excellent customer journey that reflects our values.
  • Contribute towards the success of the store by ensuring the highest standard of customer service, achieving targets, maintaining visual merchandising, and maximizing sales through physical and digital channels.
  • Support with the recruitment and development of volunteers, achieving expectations within campaign activities, and working with the manager to generate stock.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, with supervisory experience and a commercially driven approach to encourage new ideas.
