Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager to provide commercial support to our project teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing commercial aspects of projects, including cost management, risk management, and contractual compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage commercial aspects of projects, including cost management, risk management, and contractual compliance.
  • Provide commercial support to project teams, including preparing and managing project budgets, forecasts, and reports.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Identify and mitigate commercial risks associated with projects, including cost overruns, delays, and contractual disputes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including commercial management standards and contractual requirements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in commercial management, preferably in a construction or property development environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate commercial risks.
