Technical Support Lead

At TurinTech AI, we're on a mission to innovate new solutions and respond to demand from sectors requiring rapid digital and AI transformation. As our Technical Support Lead, you'll be the first point of contact for our B2B customers, helping them troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our AI products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and resolve technical issues related to TurinTech's AI products
  • Lead the creation and optimization of technical support workflows
  • Monitor, track, and report on key support metrics
  • Lead and mentor future support hires
  • Ensure a positive customer experience
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a technical support role, ideally in a B2B SaaS and/or AI-focused environment
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, software platforms, and cloud services
  • Experience with support tools and platforms
  • Proactive, self-starting attitude with a desire to take ownership of the support function
