Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled and experienced Sous Chef to assist our Head Chef in leading our kitchen team. As a key member of our culinary team, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our food is consistently of the highest standard and that our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management.
  • Train and develop our kitchen team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional food.
  • Oversee food ordering, stock control, and inventory management.
  • Ensure that our kitchen meets the highest standards of health and safety and hygiene.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to achieve kitchen targets and goals.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar kitchen management role.
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation and presentation.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
