Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Chef Assistant to join our team at AccorHotel. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and presentation of menu items, ensuring high-quality standards and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of menu items, including cooking, baking, and pastry cooking duties
  • Ensure the availability of mise-en-place as required
  • Observe and maintain excellent food hygiene practices throughout the food chain
  • Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by the Executive Chef
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to achieve high-quality standards and exceptional customer service

Requirements

  • Completed apprenticeship and/or achieved trade recognition as a Commis Chef
  • Passion for great food and customer-focused service
  • Cool and calm under pressure, with strong team player skills
  • Prior experience in a similar position, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results
  • Experience developing and motivating team members to achieve their best
