Culinary Arts Trainee Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Culinary Arts Trainee to join our team at Greene King, a leading hospitality company.

As a Culinary Arts Trainee, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced kitchen environment while receiving comprehensive training and development.

  • Prepare and cook food to meet high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Work effectively with colleagues to provide excellent customer service and high-quality meals.
  • Stay up-to-date with new menu items, promotions, and culinary trends.

Your training will include a combination of classroom and on-the-job learning, regular reviews with your Line Manager and Training Manager, and opportunities to attend workshops and seminars to enhance your skills.

As a Culinary Arts Trainee at Greene King, you will work towards a Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship Qualification over the course of 15 months, gaining valuable experience and skills in the hospitality industry.
