Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil Engineering Site Agent to join our team at Esh Group. As a key member of our site management team, you will be responsible for assisting the Site/Project Manager with day-to-day activities on civil engineering schemes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with Company Safety, Environmental and Quality Management Systems.
  • Assess environmental impact and risks associated with individual tasks.
  • Assist with preparation and review of risk assessments and method statements.
  • Ensure technical compliance and safety of all operational activities.
  • Assist with monitoring progress against programme, taking off and calling off materials in advance of work.
  • Assist with daily and weekly progress reports, variation reports for the scheme.
  • Assist with preparation of detailed weekly lookahead programmes.
  • Schedule and manage resources to deliver site works.
  • Provide accurate records and measurement details to enable the Quantity Surveyor to prepare monthly valuations.
  • Support the planning, design and management of projects.
  • Manage information flow and identify technical queries.
  • Ensure exceptional levels of customer care.

Requirements
  • Relevant degree (BEng., MEng.) in civil engineering or construction management.
