We are excited to announce a unique opportunity for a skilled Machine Operator to join our esteemed client's team in Rainham, East London, Essex. This is a full-time, permanent position with a reputable company, offering a challenging and varied role with scope for progression.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the efficiency of the production line, adhering to good Health and Safety Standards.
  • Operate packing and automated processing machinery, overseeing the quality of the product.
  • Control packaging waste, ensuring the cleanliness of the production line machinery.
  • Complete all relevant paperwork to company specifications and rectify minor breakdowns of line machinery.
  • Assist engineers on major breakdowns and perform general housekeeping duties.
Requirements:
  • Understanding of quality within process production.
  • Technical and faultfinding skills to operate highly technical equipment in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with computer literacy and ability to follow screen instructions.
  • Flexibility, reliability, and a good attendance record, with the ability to integrate within a production team of up to 17 people.
