We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team at our Head office in Rainham, Essex. As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in the smooth running of our cut and bent facility, ensuring function, quality, and productivity at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the operation of Re-Bar bending machines, such as automatic link benders and shearlines.
- Ensure that jobs meet the required deadline and maintain a high level of quality.
- Learn and maintain the maintenance of the machine to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow Health and Safety procedures at all times.
Requirements:
- Reliable, enthusiastic, hardworking, driven, and self-motivated individual with a desire to learn.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing business needs and deadlines.
- Good command of the English language and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including paid overtime when necessary.
