We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team at our Head office in Rainham, Essex. As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in the smooth running of our cut and bent facility, ensuring function, quality, and productivity at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the operation of Re-Bar bending machines, such as automatic link benders and shearlines.
  • Ensure that jobs meet the required deadline and maintain a high level of quality.
  • Learn and maintain the maintenance of the machine to ensure optimal performance.
  • Follow Health and Safety procedures at all times.

Requirements:

  • Reliable, enthusiastic, hardworking, driven, and self-motivated individual with a desire to learn.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing business needs and deadlines.
  • Good command of the English language and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including paid overtime when necessary.
