**Warehouse Operative Role at Reflex Labels**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Operative at Reflex Labels. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and products through our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Accurately record and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Picking and Packing: Efficiently pick and pack products for dispatch, meeting tight deadlines and ensuring high-quality standards.
  • Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Dispatch and Delivery: Organize and coordinate daily dispatches, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.
  • Stocktake and Reporting: Assist with monthly stocktakes and provide accurate reporting on inventory levels and movements.

Requirements:

  • Counterbalance Licence: Must hold a valid Counterbalance licence.
  • Driving Licence: Possess a full clean driving licence.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficient in using computer systems and software.
  • Warehouse Experience: Previous experience working in a warehouse environment.

Working Hours: Our Warehouse Operative role operates on a double-day shift pattern, with two different schedules:

  • Week 1: Monday to Friday, 6 am - 2 pm
  • Week 2: Monday to Friday, 2 pm - 10 pm (with a 7:15 pm finish on Fridays)
