We are seeking a skilled Purchasing Administrator to support a dynamic and thriving organization. In this role, you will be responsible for generating and enhancing reports for supply chain evaluation and ensuring the accuracy of product information.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluating, tracking, and reporting on supplier opportunities
  • Issuing purchase orders
  • Overseeing and developing product information
  • Assessing, cross-referencing, and integrating product and procurement data and reports
  • Identifying and resolving discrepancies related to supplier invoices, claims, or quality concerns
  • Conducting procurement analysis and generating reports

Essential Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Prior experience in a purchasing or related position
  • Proficient knowledge and expertise in Excel
