About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Lifeguard to join our team at Freedom Leisure. As a Lifeguard, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers while providing an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the swimming pool area is safe and clean for customers
  • Monitor the pool area and respond to emergencies as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve our objectives
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • NPLQ qualification or equivalent
  • First Aid at Work certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team
  • Passion for the leisure industry and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
