About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Lifeguard to join our team at Freedom Leisure. As a Lifeguard, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the swimming pool area is safe and clean at all times.
  • Monitor and respond to emergencies in a calm and professional manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive and supportive team environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent.
  • First Aid at Work certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing situations.
  • Passion for the leisure industry and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
