About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Lifeguard to join our team at Freedom Leisure. As a Lifeguard, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers while they enjoy our swimming facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the swimming pool area is safe and clean at all times
  • Monitor the pool area and respond to emergencies as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a welcoming environment for all customers
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a high level of service
  • Participate in regular training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent
  • First Aid at Work certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team
  • Passion for delivering great customer experiences
