Job Title: Third Party Risk Analyst

Job Summary:

Cornwallis Elt is seeking a highly skilled Third Party Risk Analyst to join our Procurement team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing third-party risks and vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective due diligence processes to identify and mitigate third-party risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Compliance, Legal, Procurement, Risk, and Finance, to ensure seamless vendor management.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and create risk mitigation strategies to protect our business.
  • Manage vendor onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide exceptional stakeholder management and communication to ensure effective risk governance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Third Party Risk Analyst in a procurement team within Financial Services.
  • Strong understanding of third-party risk management frameworks and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to ensure effective risk governance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
