The City & County of Swansea is seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Traffic Safety Officer at various educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safe passage of children and adults across roadways during designated hours.
  • Maintain vigilance and provide assistance to pedestrians at crossings.
  • Work a total of 10 hours per week during school term periods.
  • Provide support as needed to fellow officers in the field.

Qualifications:

Candidates should possess a solid understanding of road safety principles and the Highway Code. Strong communication skills are essential to effectively ensure pedestrian safety.

Additional Information:

Comprehensive training and uniforms will be supplied to successful candidates.
