About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Operations Coordinator to join our team at Shaw Trust. As an HR Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions, providing top-notch service to our employees and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including responding to employee inquiries and resolving HR-related issues.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve HR operations and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to employee requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an HR Shared Services setting or a similar high-volume administration role.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task high volumes of daily work requests and meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving approach, able to address and resolve issues.
