Key Responsibilities- First Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and visitors, responding to queries and providing information and advice.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all contacts.
- Reception Duties: Perform reception duties, including telephone switchboard service, sorting post, logging repairs, and processing payments.
- Wellbeing and Facilities: Conduct regular patrols and carry out wellbeing and facilities checks to ensure the safety and comfort of our residents.
- Resident Support: Welcome new residents, explain paperwork, and ensure understanding of policies and procedures.
- Housing Management: Process rental payments and assist with housing management tasks to maximize occupancy and minimize voids.
- Maintenance and Reporting: Record maintenance issues and liaise with emergency services as necessary.
- Equality and Diversity: Good working knowledge of equality and diversity principles.
- Customer-Facing Experience: Experience in a customer-facing environment that requires problem-solving and a positive approach.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational Skills: Good organizational skills combined with proficient IT skills.
- Teamwork: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work a shift pattern including evenings and weekends.
- Annual Leave: 25 days annual leave plus public holidays (pro-rata for part-time).
