About the Role

As a Construction Contracts Manager, you'll play a vital role in overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project budgets, monitoring expenditures closely and identifying potential cost savings.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential issues or conflicts, implementing effective solutions to mitigate risks.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.

Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you'll need a strong foundation in construction principles and practices. A proven track record of successful project management is essential, along with exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

  • Minimum of 4 GCSEs (grades A-C or equivalent) including Maths and English
