We are seeking an experienced B2B Sales professional to join our Internal Sales Team within a growing tech organisation in the heart of Leeds. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating new opportunities, conducting product demonstrations, and managing the sales cycle from initial interest to close.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn lead generation, and warm lead follow-ups
  • Conduct online product demonstrations and sales presentations
  • Manage the sales cycle from initial interest to close
  • Effectively manage your own pipeline and sales forecast
  • Upkeep of CRM
  • Support regional consultants with networking events and industry conferences
  • Identify potential marketing referral opportunities within existing client networks
Requirements:
  • B2B sales experience with proven success in a phone-based sales role
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven
  • Tech-based sales advantageous but not essential
  • Can-do attitude with a desire to learn
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong IT literacy
What We Offer:
  • Competitive basic salary of £27,000 - £31,000 DOE
  • Competitive commission structure with a realistic OTE of £16,000 on top of basic salary
