We are a busy and innovative hotel in the Bournemouth area, offering a range of exciting opportunities for our team members. As a Food and Beverage Service Assistant, you will be part of a close-knit team that delivers exceptional service to our guests.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent service to our guests in our restaurants, bars, and events
  • Assist with food and beverage preparation and presentation
  • Contribute to the smooth operation of our events and functions
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in our public areas
  • Support the hotel's sustainability initiatives and energy-saving programs

We are committed to the development and growth of our team members. Our Training & Development Manager provides personalized support and guidance to help you achieve your career goals.

We offer full-time contracts and a guaranteed number of hours, even during the winter months. Our staff accommodation is fully furnished, and we provide three meals per day.
