About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Care Leader to join our team at Larkrise Care Centre. As a Care Leader, you will be responsible for leading a small team of carers to deliver outstanding care to our residents.

You will work closely with the Home Manager to plan and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents. This will involve regular reviews of care plans, continuous assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

As a Care Leader, you will be a positive role model, with excellent communication skills and a natural ability to get along with others. You will be able to motivate your team to deliver the best possible care to our residents at all times.

About You

You will have previous experience of working in a residential care setting, with a NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care. You may have previous supervisory experience, but this is not essential.

You will be a supportive individual, able to motivate others to deliver the best possible care to our residents at all times. You will be confident in taking charge and using your own initiative to resolve problems and deal with queries.
