About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Leader to join our team at Larkrise Care Centre. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for leading a small team of carers to deliver outstanding care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement care plans that promote the independence, dignity, and security of our residents.
  • Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional care, ensuring that residents receive the highest level of care and support.
  • Conduct regular reviews of care plans, assessing the needs of residents and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage your time effectively, balancing the needs of your team and residents.
  • Collaborate with the Home Manager to ensure that care standards are met and exceeded.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience of working in a residential care setting, with a strong understanding of care principles and practices. You will be a positive role model, with excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate others.

You will be confident in your ability to lead and manage a team, with a natural ability to get along with others. A supportive individual, able to use your own initiative to resolve problems and deal with queries.
