We are currently working with a market-leading business, based in Southport, who are looking to recruit a Credit Controller to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an extremely successful business, who offer an excellent training program and lots of flexibility.
BENEFITS:
- A salary of up to £24,700 DOE.
- Bonus (up to £400 per quarter)
- Hybrid working pattern (2 days at home per week).
- Flexible working hours.

THE CANDIDATE:
The right candidate will ideally have a background within credit control; however, a strong telephone manner and customer service experience will be considered.
The business offers an excellent 8-week training program, so a willingness to learn and a driven attitude is a must.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Manage a portfolio of independent accounts.
- Liaise with internal and external customers to resolve daily queries.
- Collect overdue debt to minimize potential bad debt for the business.
- Ensure customer spend is within provided credit limits.
- Make daily decisions on credit accounts, including suspending or releasing accounts.
- Balance minimizing potential bad debt with ensuring repeat trade from customers.
