Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the performance of the Business Support department, ensuring all KPIs/Targets are achieved. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to take on a leadership role and make a real impact on our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the performance of the Business Support department, ensuring all KPIs/Targets are achieved.
- Manage and develop team leaders to be self-managing and accountable for their functions.
- Ownership of high-level operational support to small, medium, and large recruitment partner agency clients.
- Manage and implement change brought about by changing stakeholder requirements and legislative change.
- Analyze operational data to provide insights that inform decision-making and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with Senior Leadership Team to identify and address key business challenges, implement effective solutions, and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Recognize opportunities within the operational department to drive revenue growth.
- Optimize business processes to improve efficiency and productivity across departments.
- Support the implementation of organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
- Ability to cultivate strong professional relationships at all organizational levels.
- Assist in the monitoring and management of departmental budgets.
- Ensure effective resource planning supported by business metrics and trends to ensure performance targets are exceeded.
- Ensure that talent is identified and succession plans are in place.
- Support the career development plans and training needs of team leaders and yourself.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Experience of working in a time-sensitive, fast-paced environment.
- Experience in managing teams who liaise with customers/clients who demonstrated a high-level of customer service skills.
- Experience of recruitment and selection.
- Computer literate - MS Office/CRM software/telephony system.
- Task orientated with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Articulate with a high-level of attention to detail.
- Ability to identify and take action to resolve issues, being accountable for organizational goals.
- Ability to inspire positive 'can do' attitudes and cultivate a strong team environment.
