The Employment Group Ltd is collaborating with a reputable organization that has been a leader in the outdoor furniture sector for over 75 years. This company specializes in high-quality storage solutions for outdoor spaces, as well as contemporary garden furnishings and accessories.
Role Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Manufacturing Associates to become part of a dynamic and growing team. The role involves supporting the operation of machinery while consistently following safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitating the transfer of materials to and from designated areas within the production facility to ensure efficient product assembly.
- Conducting inspections of products to identify any defects or deviations from established quality standards.
Requirements:
A good command of spoken and written English is essential.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
Shift Patterns:
We offer a 3 on 3 off rotating shift schedule, as well as Monday to Friday shift options.
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate of £44.
