Job Title: Field Service Technician

Join Finning International, the largest CAT dealership in the UK and Ireland, as a Field Service Technician. This role involves providing on-site support for commercial and industrial customers, ensuring their hydraulic hose needs are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer service requests, assess response times, and communicate service progress.
  • Manufacture hose assemblies to meet customer requirements.
  • Maintain adequate stock levels on the FHS van, ensuring repair equipment is in safe working order.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of engineering or service experience, preferably in the hydraulic hose industry.
  • Excellent influencing and networking skills.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
  • Deep understanding of general service manuals and computerized Service Information System (SIS) and Hydraulic Information System (HIS).
  • Practical knowledge of tooling and specialized equipment for repairs and assembly of hydraulic hoses.
