Join Our Team as a Trainee Field Service Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee Field Service Engineer. As a Trainee Field Service Engineer, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in the field of domestic appliance repair and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out repairs, diagnosis, and testing of domestic appliances in customers' homes.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of domestic appliances and their components.
Requirements:
  • Fantastic customer service skills and a strong desire to provide excellent customer service.
  • Right to work in the UK and a full manual UK driving license.
  • Electrical, mechanical, and engineering knowledge would be highly desirable.
