About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at One Retail. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality drinks and food to our customers, while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of drinks and food items to our customers
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the bar area and surrounding areas
  • Process payments and handle customer transactions
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Learn and implement new drink preparation and presentation techniques
  • Ensure that all equipment is in good working order and report any maintenance needs
  • Represent One Retail in a positive and professional manner

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
