This position is ideal for individuals with prior experience in an office environment. Comprehensive training will be offered through both classroom instruction and practical, on-the-job experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting documentation and collecting information from records.
- Accurately inputting, modifying, and updating data in relevant systems.
- Addressing inquiries from clients and stakeholders.
- Reconciling and distributing payments.
- Generating reports and processing insurance premiums.
- Conducting quality checks on documentation.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum of one year of experience in an office setting.
- Strong analytical skills to assess key information.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
