Marketing Executive

At Hilton Hotels, we are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Executive to join our team. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in implementing our marketing plan to increase hotel brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Commercial Director in planning and implementing marketing activities
  • Design creative materials for Internal & External Communications
  • Develop and execute social media strategies and campaigns
  • Manage social media calendars and paid campaigns
  • Provide project management support, including creating and monitoring project plans, preparing presentation decks, and other necessary documents
  • Collaborate with PR and Design agencies to generate new ideas
  • Assist with general administrative tasks in support of key team projects and initiatives
  • Ensure brand.com conference and events pages are up-to-date along with third-party sites
  • Write and report on marketing activities
Requirements:
  • Ability to understand key business indicators and competitive trends and develop approaches to these challenges
  • Intermediate level of IT skills, including Adobe, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Canva, and InDesign
  • Proven organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to work under pressure at all times
  • Previous hotel or leisure sector experience is advantageous
  • Previous marketing experience in a similar environment is advantageous
  • Basic knowledge of budgeting or cost-management is advantageous
  • Relevant degree in marketing, business development, or other relevant business field is advantageous
