We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Stores Operations SME to join our team at ITL UK. As a key member of our consulting team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on store operations and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to different phases of the consulting lifecycle, including business process consulting, problem definition, and solution creation.
- Interface with customers at a strategic level to understand requirements and provide solutions.
- Develop and implement functional solution designs, strategies, and business alignment plans.
- Manage client and stakeholder relationships, ensuring effective communication and project delivery.
- Guide teams on project processes, deliverables, and contribute to proposal development, client training, and internal capability building.
- At least 8 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, and requirement elicitation in store functions, specializing in Point of Sales applications.
- At least 5 years' experience in working with leading SIMs, with knowledge of store operations usage in fuel stations and convenience stores.
- Deep extensive knowledge of value stream functions associated with stores, including sales, CRM, payments, and store operations.
- Hands-on knowledge of customizations, implementations, configuration, and integrations for POS packages or custom solutions.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
