About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Property Manager to join our team at haart Estate Agents in Newport. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, providing exceptional customer service to our clients, and driving business growth through sales and lettings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of properties, including booking and conducting property inspections, negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals, and coordinating with contractors to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, including building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants, resolving rental arrears, and processing eviction requests.
  • Drive business growth through sales and lettings, including identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, and achieving sales and lettings targets.
  • Work closely with the sales and lettings team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, and to achieve business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
