Are you ready to embark on a rewarding career journey in property management? We're seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Trainee Property Manager, with no prior experience required

Your Journey Begins:

Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in property management. You'll spend one week at our purpose-built training location, where you'll receive industry-leading training through one-to-one and group sessions, day-to-day learning led by our industry experts, and a fully-paid hotel stay for the duration of your training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Booking and conducting property inspections
  • Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
  • Co-ordinating with contractors to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
  • Deposit returns and resolving rental arrears
  • Processing eviction requests and ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Managing complaints and completing all check-in and check-out procedures, including full inventory reports
