About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Estate Agent. As a Trainee Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting our experienced agents in all aspects of property sales, from market appraisal to negotiation and completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market properties to potential tenants or home owners
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings
  • Negotiate offers
  • Generate new leads through canvassing, door knocking, leaflet dropping and more
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Continue your training and development, with close support from your mentor
What We Offer
  • Competitive OTE of £25,000 per year

  • Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday
