Main Responsibilities
We are looking for individuals with exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Candidates must demonstrate their capability to thrive in a fast-paced setting alongside a multidisciplinary team.
You will collaborate with the outpatient team to deliver safe, effective, and high-quality patient care, adhering to the standards set by the organization and regulatory bodies.
We offer flexible working hours from 08:00 to 18:30, Monday to Friday, with opportunities to support additional clinics during evenings and weekends.

Detailed Job Responsibilities
Upon successful completion of pre-employment checks, you will be contacted to arrange your start date, aligning with our induction programs.
Following your induction, you will participate in our Clinical Induction Programme for Healthcare Support Workers, which is full-time and involves both classroom learning and practical shifts.
Please note that appointment to this position will require a satisfactory background check.

Candidate Requirements
Qualifications
- NVQ/Diploma level 3 in Healthcare or an equivalent qualification.
- Functional skills in English and maths at level 2 or equivalent.
- Care certificate.
Experience
- Substantial experience as a Healthcare Support Worker or in a similar role.
Skills
- Understanding of the Code of Conduct for Healthcare Support Workers.
- Knowledge of common conditions and patient needs within the relevant clinical specialty.
- Ability to articulate the importance of delivering high-quality patient care.
