Wellness Concierge

Our client, a leading luxury spa and wellness company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wellness Concierge to join their team. As a Wellness Concierge, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional experiences to residents and their guests, ensuring the facility consistently maintains its luxury lifestyle standards, and creating a welcoming atmosphere where residents can live their best life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Exemplary Experiences: Provide exceptional service to residents and their guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Maintain Luxury Standards: Ensure the facility consistently meets luxury lifestyle standards, including cleanliness, maintenance, and amenities.
  • Create a Welcoming Atmosphere: Foster a warm and inviting environment where residents feel comfortable and relaxed.
  • Build Relationships: Develop strong relationships with residents, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Promote Spa Services: Promote spa services to residents, highlighting the benefits and unique experiences offered.
  • Manage Spa Bookings: Manage spa bookings, ensuring efficient and seamless service.
  • Ensure Health and Safety: Ensure all health and safety requirements are consistently met, maintaining a safe and secure environment for residents and staff.
About You:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess outstanding communication skills, including verbal and written communication.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate an excellent eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of the role.
  • Service Excellence: Possess a desire for service excellence, consistently striving to exceed expectations.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Eligibility: Hold documented evidence of eligibility to live and work in the UK, without restrictions.
