Senior Finance Manager Job Description

A highly skilled Senior Finance Manager is required to lead the Accounting & Finance team in an Industrial / Manufacturing setting in Samlesbury. The role involves strategic financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the Accounting & Finance team to achieve financial goals and objectives.
  • Develop and deliver strategic financial plans to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Set and control budgets to ensure financial stability and efficiency.
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to stakeholders.
  • Establish and implement financial KPIs to measure team performance.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Drive process improvements in the finance function to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with other department leaders to achieve company goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Relevant financial qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
  • Experience in a financial leadership role within the Industrial / Manufacturing sector.
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Experience in managing a finance team.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
