Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to lead and manage the Accounting & Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and delivering strategic financial plans, setting and controlling budgets, and producing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and manage the Accounting & Finance team to achieve company goals.
  2. Develop and implement financial KPIs to drive business performance.
  3. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  4. Drive process improvements in the finance function.
  5. Work closely with other department leaders to achieve company objectives.

Requirements

The successful Senior Finance Manager should have:

  1. Relevant financial qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
  2. Experience in a financial leadership role within the Industrial / Manufacturing sector.
  3. Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
  4. Experience in managing a finance team.
  5. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  6. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
