Senior Finance Manager Job Description

Michael Page (UK) is seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Manager to lead the Accounting & Finance team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have relevant financial qualifications, such as ACCA, CIMA or equivalent, and experience in a financial leadership role within the Industrial / Manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and manage the Accounting & Finance team to achieve company goals.
  2. Develop and deliver strategic financial plans, setting and controlling budgets, and producing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
  3. Drive process improvements in the finance function and work closely with other department leaders to achieve company objectives.
  4. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, and develop and implement financial KPIs.

Requirements

  1. Relevant financial qualifications, such as ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
  2. Experience in a financial leadership role within the Industrial / Manufacturing sector.
  3. Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting and reporting.
  4. Experience in managing a finance team.
  5. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  6. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
