Graduate Teaching Assistant for Special Educational Needs

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Graduate Teaching Assistant to provide support for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) across Key Stages 3 to 5. This role is essential in fostering an inclusive learning environment that caters to a variety of disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist SEN students in both mainstream classrooms and specialized onsite centers.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students with varying special educational requirements.
- Exhibit understanding and empathy towards the challenges faced by young individuals with additional needs.
- Possess prior experience working with young people with special educational needs, along with a willingness to undergo specific training, including manual handling.

Compensation:
All quoted pay rates will include statutory holiday pay. This position is temporary, with the potential for permanent placement in the future.
