About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a vibrant special school in Hounslow. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with a range of special educational needs, helping them to thrive and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support classroom teachers in delivering high-quality education to SEN students.
  • Work closely with students to assist with learning and personal development.
  • Provide one-on-one support to children with additional needs.
  • Help to maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Assist with the planning and implementation of activities tailored to SEN students.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an SEN setting is preferred.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with both students and staff.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in SEN education.
  • Flexibility to adapt to individual student needs.
  • Relevant qualifications in education or child development (desirable).
