We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Administrator at Dexters Estate Agent Group. Key Responsibilities:
- Compile and upload documents to our property management software
- Provide administrative assistance to our senior team members, including data entry, filing, and correspondence
- Update and maintain our company website, portals, and marketing materials
- Maintain the office appearance, filing systems, and stationery supplies
- Produce and order marketing materials, such as brochures and window cards
- Produce letters and general correspondence for customers and clients
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
Requirements & Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
