Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile and upload documents to our property management software
  • Provide administrative assistance to our senior team members, including data entry, filing, and correspondence
  • Update and maintain our company website, portals, and marketing materials
  • Maintain the office appearance, filing systems, and stationery supplies
  • Produce and order marketing materials, such as brochures and window cards
  • Produce letters and general correspondence for customers and clients
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service

Requirements & Skills:
